Surely that's a secret or something until it's announced? :)

Don't know yet. I still haven't found a good excuse to have The Company (all Praise The Company) sent me to Vegas for the weekend and then to L.A. for the week.

Let me know if you can think of a good excuse that my boss at The Company (All Praise The Company) will buy.

That's more like it. You just watch yourself in the future. I've got my eye on you now. You're on notice!

I am reliably informed the Cranky George Trio are playing in Los Angeles that night too. Me, I'm off to the Los Angeles Opera.

No surprise appearance by James at the Wiltern then. Have a good time at the opera, there were a few good ones playing this summer, haven't looked at the winter schedule yet.

Well, don't count James out on that just yet. It's Manon at LAO.

It has been officially announced that the Oct 17 Anaheim show is at The Grove. From the front page of Medusa:

Public sale begins Saturday, August 26.

Philip is no longer on notice.

Oh dear lord save us, Shane MacGowan in Disneyland.

Personally, I hope they play at the grove of anaheim instead of the house of blues.

I have just been informed it will be The Grove.

Boy did I call that one or what?

It works out great (for me atleast) because the grove is literally steps from the train station. And its still only a few short blocks from Disneyland. I think I have my day planned out, disneyland during the day followed by the Pogues in the evening (A perfect combination!)

I can only imagine that the response would be:

From: The Company (All Praise The Company)
To: Medusaniatariats
Re: DzM, Medusa, and travel

Thank you for your kind interest in the work patterns and schedules of our underling, DzM. We can assure you that we take all requests very seriously.

Until this moment we were unaware of the amount of time our underling, DzM, spends monitoring and caring for this "fora" for you and this band. We appreciate DzM's dedication to the task, but feel it is our responsibility to remind DzM and the Medusoniarationatites that this is not a function of DzM's employment. As such We can not condone this time spent nor reasonably be expected to pay for it.

We wish DzM the best in whatever new direction his career takes him.

Sincerely;
The Company (All Praise The Company)

But then I'd have to pay for the trip. There's something all sexy about The Company (All Praise The Company) paying for the trip. :)

But who would pick me up at the airport? Who would drop me off? Whose couch would I stay on? Whose wi-fi connection would I leach off of to telecommute for work?
